Residences Night Manager

The Peninsula London is seeking to hire Residences Night Manager to join our Residences Team. We are looking for someone who providing friendly, efficient, prompt and professional service to Residences Tenants while adhering to the objectives, performance and quality standards established by The Peninsula London Residences. This role will be acting as Manager on Duty, providing leadership, supervision and training to the Night Team.

Key accountabilities

Assist Residents with services related to their apartments, in accordance with the lease, other contractual arrangements, Tenant’s Handbook and Residences Policies and Procedures. Handle telephone, email and requests made in person and providing detailed information regarding any Concierge services. Maintain accurate and timely records of Resident’s requests and other tasks, ensuring that relevant information is communicated to colleagues and/or management, as required. Anticipate Residents needs and exceed their expectations. Duty Manager in charge of the activities of the Night Team

 

General requirements

Minimum 3 Years Experience in Hospitality or Residential Environment. Excellent command of English language with confident communication skills. A second language would be an advantage. Computer literate. Problem solving and multi tasking skills. UK Driving License. This position requires the fulfilment of night shift duties based on the operational needs of the business. The ability and willingness to work during these hours is a necessary condition of employment.
