Work Arrangement

This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to HQ Building in Shanghai, China five times per week.

Represent vehicle logistics team to perform overall coordination among GM x-functional department for logistics operations at warehouse, and support order to delivery strategy that include:

What You’ll Do

Executes deliverables in support of the logistics business objectives. Guides of key areas  to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives.Oversee the logistics operation in warehouse , keep optimizing OTD in daily operation to reduce the delivery time and improve efficiency.  Set a clear KPI target for logistics operation and collaborate with each business to ensure OTD performanceSupport damage claim team to review/confirm/execute repairs that are transportation related.Manage the people and resources from supplier side, including milestone report, operation prioritization, dispatch coordination, repair coordinationManage supplier relationships and operational, responsible for supporting relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providersPromote GM's values and makes customer-focused decisionsInfluences others within the organization to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches, lead team on new methods or initiatives without defined procedures.Set a governance mechanism to solve issues regarding OTD timing & quality, be part of the decision maker, escalate issue as needed.Guide and instruct supplier system connection/report to GM, including HD map flash report, PDI report and repair reportCommunicates within the function as well as other functions, external affiliates, regulatory agencies.Provides technical leadership to team and interacts and collaborates with multi-functional teams to meet targets.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

8+ years’ vehicle warehouse operation experience or supplier chain management experienceStrong cross function collaboration experience, work with both local and global program team to oversee vehicle OTD performance, identify and address roadblocks to ensure the OTD performance on track and keep continuous improvement. Profound knowledge of Import Type Approval process, in-bound/out-bound logistic, vehicle maintenance & repair and vehicle distributionFluent in English and Mandarin oral and writtenDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects / programsExcellent project management and negotiation skills, details-oriented and well organizedPassion for understanding the customer needs and delivering an exceptional customer experienceAffinity to facilitate problem solving & collaboration
