Four Seasons Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square is looking to recruit a Residence Concierge Assistant who is passionate about providing a lasting impression of a friendly welcome and “always ready to assist” attitude. Operating from the Residential Lobby, the Residence Concierge Assistant provides genuine, intuitive service and information to every homeowner or guest at the Residences.

What we are looking for
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of homeowner information and designated data.
Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations.
Fluent in English, written and verbal; an additional language an asset.
Ability to use variety of software.
