About the Role:
· Control rooms and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue.
· Operate and manage a Property Management System and Passkey.
· Produce / Analyze the following reports and recommend/implement appropriate action to maximize revenue: Daily/Weekly Occupancy and Forecasts.
· Establish and/or manage the following: Front Desk Upsell program and Front Desk Perfect Fill Program.
· Maintain favorable working relationships among employees to promote maximum morale, productivity and efficiency.
· Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in all dealing with guests and employees.
· Participate/Conduct/Attend scheduled departmental and Administrative meetings as requested; Yield/Strategy, and Forecast.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. This role has direct involvement with guests and good communication skills are required. A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential! This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
