Reservations & Communications Manager

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Reservations & Communications Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Responsible for management and Operations of the Reservations & Communications Department.Lead with a guest-focused and sales-oriented mindset, ensuring seamless execution, urgency in interactions, and exceptional service recovery.Oversee reservations for group bookings, ensuring contract obligations, billing, and communication with stakeholders are managed flawlessly.Oversee the group reservations teams. This includes training, recognition and disciplinaries when necessary.Handle guests requests and complaints while ensuring guest satisfaction.Control room and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue.Develop and manage team schedules, balancing operational needs with labor standards and budget guidelines.Support the Revenue Management Team, assisting with reporting, rate code management, and conversion analysis.Lead monthly ResComm meetings and facilitate coaching sessions for ResComm leaders, ensuring continuous improvement and performance development.Drive standards testing and third-party call testing programs, ensuring service delivery remains at the highest level.Participate in yield and forecast meetings, contributing strategic insights to Sales & Marketing.Ensure timely completion of all operational tasks, including FS Chats, emails, wake-up calls, and special guest requests.Run daily reports for department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager, Department Head.Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests.Control all suite reservations with the Front Office Manager and ensure special handling of top corporate clients, VIPs, Elite, HRG and return guests.

Preferred Qualifications

A four-year college degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.Strong computer literacy is required; familiarity with Opera, ACD, and other operating systems is a plus.Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is highly beneficial.A pleasant telephone voice and a professional demeanor that reflects the Four Seasons standard.Previous experience in Rooms Division luxury setting.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.High attention to detail and customer service skillsStrong analytical mind.Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
