Becoming a reservation rockstar, processing booking requests faster than you can say "coconut cocktail"Playing Tetris with our bookings, ensuring every puzzle piece fits perfectly without any oopsiesMastering the art of hotel policies like a smooth-talking secret agentTransforming into a walking, talking encyclopedia of our tropical paradise and its awesome dealsGranting wishes like a hospitality genie, making sure our guests' dreams come trueBecoming the ultimate matchmaker, connecting guests with their perfect island getawaySpreading the love by promoting our other slice-of-heaven properties

QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort settingFamiliarity with hotel operations technology, including Revenue Management Systems (RMS)Understanding of distribution channels in the hospitality industryKnowledge of regional and local markets, competitors, and destination eventsExcellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in English, both written and verbalBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureFamiliarity with the Maldives as a tourist destination is a plus
