As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for accurately recording and processing reservations, as well as maximizing room sales through proactive selling and up-selling techniques.
\n\n
What will I be doing?
\nAs the Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nHandle daily reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate information for arrivals and communication with relevant departments.\nFamiliarize yourself with hotel products and activities, and maximize room sales and revenue through up-selling.\nMaintain and update guest information and sales data, uphold high guest service standards, and ensure all information input is correct.\nManage Group Tour (GT) bookings and ensure all commissions are correct and promptly followed up.\nMaintain a proactive sales attitude to ensure no sales opportunities are missed.\nFile rejected business with reasons, maintain accurate and updated correspondence, and comply with hotel credit policies and revenue forecasts.\nPerform secretarial tasks such as preparing correspondence, maintaining files, and managing emails.\nSupport team members’ needs and workloads, maintain clean and tidy work areas, and ensure all team members understand and adhere to hotel rules and regulations.\nComply with all company policies, systems, procedures, and brand standards.\nPerform other reasonable duties as assigned, with management reserving the right to change the job description without notice.\nWhat are we looking for?
