Job Description

Meticulously manage and oversee the Group Reservations process. 

Responsibilities Accurate input of Reservations into system.Input Reservations within specified time periods.Maximize potential room revenue by following specified selling guidelines.Maintain Group History Tracking formsSet up group routingEnsure that rooming lists are free of duplicatesRespond to guest calls in a timely mannerAttend Pre Convention meetings as necessaryProperty-wide departmental interaction.Raise the awareness of inventory issuesKnowledge of hotel services and events.Ensure an efficient and professional working environment with open communication.All convention resumes are audited prior to group's arrival. Qualifications  Respond to clients in a timely manner Actively communicate with internal team members to ensure guest satisfaction  Ability to identify areas that require attention without always being directed to do so.
