Minimum requirements:
Minimum: Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Ideal: Master of Science in Horticulture Must have 5+ years' experience within a similar role  Experience in applied horticulture work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data management and analysis Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills Duties:
Implement planned laboratory and field trials (setting up protocol, liaise with Researchers/other Technicians/students) Prepare for trials (logistics, equipment, consumables, and mapping of experimental sites) Conduct trials and data capturing and minimal statistical analysis Assist in writing research reports and papers suitable for both internal reporting and publication and/or assist the Researcher with the same Must have a valid drivers license and own transportation
