40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Medical Research Regulatory Specialist to support our research leadership in implementing quality improvement practices. This role will utilize project planning and data management techniques to enhance accrual, retention, and data quality for clinical trials. The specialist will transform data into actionable insights for reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.What You Will Do: In this independent role, you will work closely with the research team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies. You will play a key part in fostering collaboration among various stakeholders while maintaining a focus on quality and adherence to guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, expertise in interpreting regulations, a self-directed work ethic, and effective leadership skills.
