Research Operations Associate

Your efforts will ensure that our research programs run smoothly and effectively, providing valuable insights to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and optimize research tools and platforms (e.g. participant recruitment, knowledge management, survey panels and usability testing tools). + Coordinate the recruitment of customers and users for research studies. + Coordinate with UX and PM teams for scheduling and execution of research studies. + Schedule and manage research activities, including interviews, focus groups and surveys. + Build and distribute surveys using Qualtrics. + Clean and organize collected qualitative and quantitative data. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research activities align with business goals. **Who You'll Work With** On our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals in Product Management, User Research, Customer Success, Sales and other key departments. You will play a crucial role in helping Teradata better understand our customers’ needs through qualitative and quantitative customer and user research. **What Makes You a Qualified Candidate** + Previous experience in a research operations or similar role. + Strong attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple projects at a time. + Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods. + Experience working with customer and UX research tools like Qualtrics, UserTesting, User Interviews, etc. **What You Will Bring** + Strong organizational and project management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. + Interest in growing into a more advanced research role, including designing research instruments, analyzing collected data, and turning data into actionable insights. \#LI-DL1 Why We Think You’ll Love Teradata We prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
