We are seeking a talented Research Data Analyst to join our growing team. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in data analysis, research techniques, and statistical modeling to contribute to groundbreaking studies. You’ll be working with large datasets, applying your analytical skills to drive key insights and support the development of research strategies.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement statistical analysis plans for research studies. Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like R, Python, SAS, and STATA. Collaborate with research teams to interpret and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of data management and analysis. Apply problem-solving techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex datasets. Support both intramural and extramural research efforts by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Required: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific or analytical field. Preferred: A Master’s Degree in a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a research data analysis role. Strong proficiency in R, Python, SAS, and/or STATA. Solid experience with statistical analysis, data modeling, and creating formal research plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly. High attention to detail and precision in handling data. Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in research data analysis. Familiarity with healthcare systems and related data structures. Experience with both intramural and extramural research funding. Work Schedule & Environment: Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
