Position Summary:

This position is responsible for participating in the development of Bio-Techne's various product lines. You will maintain knowledge of multiple products and procedures as well as draft and revise standard operating procedures in order to further the ongoing development of new and existing products to help advance Bio-Techne's evolving portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Support development of Bio-Techne reagents and consumablesSet up and conduct your own experiments to help further new product developmentDraft and revise standard operating proceduresDocument results and prepare reports in order to analyze your dataCarry out troubleshooting activities dailyPropose and implement process improvementsCollaborate with other departments/labs as neededHelp train new employees as neededFollow guidelines and comply with all company safety, quality, and training procedures and regulationsPerform additional duties as assigned 

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is requiredMust be able to work in a fast-faced environment where you will be required to prioritize your own work to meet various deadlinesMust be able to analyze data in order to make effective decisionsMust have good verbal and written communication skills, especially across different groups and sitesMust have strong organizational skills and attention to detailMust work well independently in an environment that requires strategic decision makingMust demonstrate strong technical knowledge
