Through this community of healers, scientists, and scholars, Rutgers is equipped as never before to transform lives. Posting Summary Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking a Research Assistant to work in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation & Counseling Professions Department.
The Research Assistant will assist the faculty member in conducting their original empirical research program.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Directly responsible for providing research activities support to faculty mentor. RA will either perform clinical duties or engage in statistical data analysis and data management, or both. The RA involved in clinical duties wills secure informed consent for participant study participation. Conduct data collection. Preparation for entry, computer entry, checking and tracking of data, data analysis under supervision. Administrative assistance such as IRB or grant applications. RA involved in statistical analysis will assist in statistical analysis. Position Status Per Diem Hours Per Week 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) Daily Work Shift Work Arrangement This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement.
