The Department of Neurology is seeking a **_Research Assistant_** for the Division of Cogntiive Neurology. The Research Assistant (RA) position will be directly involved in the analyses and secured storage of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using specialized computer software. **Specific Duties & Responsibilities** + Work closely with the PI on the process of quantification of MRI datasets. + Adhere to documentation practices for standard operating procedures. + Participate in data scoring, data sharing with collaborators, data curation, and assistance with manuscripts and grant writing. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (Neuroscience, Psychology, Computer Science, Statistics). + Familiarity with software coding (e.g., Python, MATLAB) and fluent with various MRI software packages (SPM, FSL, Freesurfer, etc.). + Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. **Preferred Qualifications** + Related experience in neuroimaging methods and analyses, statistical software (e.g., SPSS), Microsoft Office, data management (using REDCap), and manuscript writing.
