Minimum requirements:
The scope of the role includes overseeing the development of new food ingredients, improving existing products, and ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. The Research and Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, conduct experiments, analyze trends, and implement new technologies to meet customer demands in the food industry
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field 5 years experience+ in Research and Development or product development in the food ingredient industry Strong knowledge of food formulations, ingredient functionality, and food safety regulations Familiarity with regulatory standards, such as FDA, EFSA, and other relevant agencies
