RESEARCH AIDE
**Overview** The Research Aide (Organizational Behavior Management) will collect, organize, and maintain clinical and research data for analysis of organizational behavior management projects focusing on program evaluation, treatment integrity, and performance improvement projects within the Neurobehavioral Unit (NBU). **Responsibilities** 1. Collect and organize clinical and research data. 2. Accurately code, verify, and enter research data into databases. 3. Assist with writing and disseminating program improvement and research protocols. 4. Provide training, implement protocols, and collect data on treatment integrity. 5. Organize and maintain patient records to ensure accessibility, completion, and accuracy. 6. Attend and participate in project meetings regarding protocol development or revision. 7. Conduct research literature reviews. 8. Assist with maintenance of resource files (professional literature and educational materials). **Qualifications** EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. EXPERIENCE: * Previous experience working in a research setting preferred. * Experience working with children between the ages of 6-17 years old preferred. **Minimum pay range** USD $33,606.98/Yr. **Maximum pay range** USD $53,426.67/Yr. **Vacancy ID** _11486_ **Pos.
