JOB SUMMARY
The principal responsibility of the Store Manager is handling and overseeing all day-to-day processes in a shop with revenues of $800,000 +. He/she manages the resale staff, volunteers, product inventory, goods for display, sales and cash management. The store manager job description may change progressively as and when there is a growth in business.
Education/Regulatory Requirements:
Associate’s degree preferred.Skills
Minimum of five years of experience in the operation of a retail store, with high level of management experience and customer service skillsKnowledge of retail pricing; inventory controls; social media merchandising; employee relations; cash deposits, cash journaling.Flexible in terms of scheduling and location availability.
