Job Description

We are looking for Requirements and Software Engineer to support of oneIDM engineering team in security-relevant areas to continuously adapt and develop future Identity Management services.

The role includes on the one hand the creation of business/technical specifications and IT architectures. This is the main part of the job at roughly 70%. On the other hand it is about implementing those specifications on the oneIDM platform.

Responsibilities:

Identity Management Services - Requirements Management

responsible for Identity Lifecycle Management (IdLM) requirements and concepts. This is about people joining and leaving the company.structured analysis, evaluation, and documentation of requirements towards the oneIdM platform in cooperation with OE, governance responsible as well as other BD organizationscreation of functional specifications, also together with internal/external developersadapt existing and define new architecture models and security concepts

Identity Management Services - Implementation

responsible for implementation of IdLM requirements on the oneIdM platform as part of an integrated and customer-friendly solutioncoordinating internal / external developers during implementationsecure sustainable quality assurance, for example, by setting up and executing (automated) tests and code reviewsensure performant and stable implementationscontinuously evaluate and improve existing services based on e.g. external market research

Qualifications

Experience & Know-How

Several years of experience in analyzing customer requirementsSeveral years of experience in the design of very large and highly complex enterprise IT solutionsProfessional DB development know-how in T-SQL, CRUD Operations, Queries, Stored Procedures, FunctionsSoftware Development skillsExperience in the area of Identity and Access Management is a plus

Soft skills and Working Style:

Highly self-motivated, driving topics with passionTeam-player and Customer orientationStrong communication skillsProblem-solving skillsFluent in English languageGerman language is an advantage
