We are looking for requirements engineer whose role would be to define, document, and manage requirements for embedded systems projects. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear, testable, and aligned specifications throughout the project lifecycle. **Essential Responsibilities** + Analysis and documentation of various customer requirements regarding software to be developed. + Requirements elicitation from various stakeholders, their analysis and documentation. + Cooperation with POs, architects, developers and testers within a continuous development mode. + Conduct requirement reviews and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle. + Translate customer needs into technical specifications. + Perform requirements traceability and impact analysis. + Support the verification and validation process to ensure compliance with requirements. **PREFERRED SKILLS** + Experience with tools such as JIRA / Confluence / Polarion + Knowledge of software development lifecycle + Experience as a programmer or tester + Experience with UML, BPMN notations + 8+ yrs of Industrial experience + Minimum 3 years of an experience on a similar job position + Strong knowledge and experience in requirements lifecycle management. + Capability to perform risk analysis. + Familiarity with modeling formats and modeling categories. + Experience with different validation and verification of the requirements techniques. + Knowledge of Agile methodology. + Fluency in English (C1 level).
