Request for Proposal Associate
Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

As a Request for Proposal (RFP) Associate at Fisher Investments Europe (FIE), you will partner with the other members of the RFP team on completing the more nuanced and complex in-depth questionnaires (RFPs) for prospective and current institutional clients around the world. Reporting to the FIE RFP Team Lead, you will work with other teams including Relationship Managers (Sales, Service and Consultant), the Portfolio Management Group, the Responsible Investment & Engagement team, amongst others to help create and maintain responses for our international institutional client base. You will be reporting to the Team Leader of the Institutional Request for Proposal team.

This role represents an opportunity to directly lead to the growth and retention of firm AUM.

The Day-to-Day:

Project manage the RFP process to create and draft written responses regarding Fisher's investment process, strategies, and other questions askedCommunicate with departments across the firm to provide our prospects, clients and consultants with detailed information about our firm to create new and compelling responses for the RFP Team to use on requestsProvide internal operational, project and data support for our Institutional GroupCollaborate with teams across the firm, including Senior Management, Research, Institutional Relationship Managers, Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, IT and moreWork with the RFP Team Lead on RFP elevations, reviews and troubleshootingCreate, develop, document and implement workflows and process improvements, including advanced and topic-specific trainingWork on projects to help the Intuitional group put their best foot forward in sales opportunities

Your Qualifications:

Strong writing skills/communication (preference for 2+ years’ experience with proposal writing)Knowledge in capital markets, investment strategies, and the institutional landscapeExperience using Microsoft SuiteDemonstrated project management skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex environmentsAbility to interface with various levels of management within the Institutional Group and the Company
