Reputation Risk Management Specialist Sr - Hybrid Role
Description

Summary:

The Reputation Risk Management Specialist Sr will assist with the independent oversight of reputation risk by collaborating with various business units and analyzing data to identify, measure, monitor, control, and report reputation risk. Reputation is one of Huntington’s seven risk pillars and is defined as the risk to current or projected financial condition and resilience arising from negative public opinion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quarterly reputation risk assessment, review of new or modified products and services, assessment of the applicable control environment, maintenance and implementation of the reputation risk governance framework and policy, assist with the review of the reputation risk taxonomy, monitor metric performance, and produce monthly dashboards.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the quarterly reputation risk assessment processHelp develop and produce monthly reputation risk dashboardsMake recommendations and oversee quality & content of reputation-related data points within the Company’s GRC tool (Archer)Assess reputation risks of new or modified products and servicesMaintain and implement the Company’s reputation risk governance framework and policyMonitor changes in external environment (i.e. economic, geopolitical, regulatory) to assess potential reputation risk impactsEstablish and/or maintain relationships with business units across the company in order to understand and assess reputation exposuresComplete ad hoc research or documentation requests including, but not limited to, industry research, gap assessments, preparing management presentations and participating in projects.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in a risk management, audit, or compliance role in financial services

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in analysis and aggregation of quantitative and qualitative dataExperience within a business / function that manages reputation risk, which may include investors, analysts, customers, communities, regulators, or other such stakeholdersPrior risk assessment experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Archer GRC tool
