Job DescriptionResponsible for coordinating, gathering, and entering data from credit applications and reports into computerized system, verify bank and gaming history information allowing Guests to utilize their credit line.All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wynn/Encore Hotel Casino’s policies, practices, and procedures.In addition to investigative responsibilities general office skills are necessaryPerforms other related duties as assigned.Assist guests with face-to-face interactions (front of house)Interact with internal/external casino departments to obtain/share gaming information to process for creditworthinessAbility to navigate and operate multiple system applicationsEnsure compliance with Title 31 and AML/SARC compliance policies and proceduresCapability to work in a smoking environmentUniformed position

QualificationsMust be 21 years of age.Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.High School diploma or equivalent is required.Provide superior customer service by phone or in person.Must be able to maintain confidential information at all timesAbility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWorking knowledge of gaming regulationsPrevious experience working in a large, luxury resort settingAbility to effectively communicate in EnglishExcellent customer service skillsPreferred experience with financial institutions
