Required responsibilities:

The incumbent in this position is on charge of the business development and management of a multi-industry portfolio of Large Market clients, always looking to maximize the contribution margin for the company. The main responsibilities of the Account Development Executive include: Identify new business opportunities within the client organization either for T&E or B2B solutions. Proactively engage with C-Levels or decision makers to develop business relationship. Ensure the correct implementation of the Amex program according to the client needs. Conducts quarterly review meetings to discuss and analyze the performance of the program that includes the usage of Amex solutions, spend trends, client satisfaction and additional needs, besides of new opportunities or risks. Provide consultancy and act as the main liaison between the client and the Amex organization to ensure a smooth operation of the corporate program.

Required Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of Commercial Card Business. Ability to develop and strengthen business relationships at all levels of client. organization (C-levels as priority). Structured methodology for relationship management. Financial & Business acumen. Project Management knowledge. Excellent negotiations and influencing skills. Self-motivated and Strong collaboration skills. Problem solving skills. Demonstrate effective oral and written presentation and communication skills. Pipeline management experience.
