Orrville, OH – The J.M. Smucker Store & Café

REPORTS TO

Assistant Manager, The J.M. Smucker Store & Café

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Floor

Stock shelves with products and merchandise

Create and maintain displays

Assist customers on the sales floor

Cycle counts of product

Assist customers at the sample station

Warehouse

Assemble boxes

Filling & packing of orders

Pull product forward

Stock warehouse shelves

SELECTION CRITERIA

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

Previous customer service experience required

Other

Ability to lift 30lbs

Ability to work between the hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm and two Saturdays per month
