The Manila Global Delivery Center provides high quality and efficient international benefits business support on both a global and local level. Work performed within the Center includes global benefits database management, reporting and consolidation, benchmarking, contract renewal analysis, claims tracking and resolution, and benefit audit support.
The Role
As Reports Analyst within the MGDC, you will contribute as part of a team involved in a number of activities to support our international benefits offerings including:
Managing global benefits data manipulation Supporting the global coordination of benefits for our international clients Assisting in the placement of benefits for our clients in key international marketsThe ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent data manipulation skills. Have background on Group and Health insurance administration and brokering work. Candidates will have a primary focus on benefit coordination and placement but will have exposure to and opportunities to work across all three.

The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on research, mathematics or businessAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Experience with data validation and manipulation in data management tools (advanced Excel skills are essential)Ability to review and check data against subject domain knowledge (e.g., health and group benefits) and understand the data’s applicability/accuracy for the designated purposeStrong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriateStrong client service orientationWorking within tight deadlines; balancing time across multiple, simultaneous projects that may involve different procedures and project team membersCollaboration with a global team, including taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery of own work and involving other team members when appropriateStructured problem solving and analytical thinkingContinuous improvement mindset – increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each product or service repetitionPrevious benefits or insurance (health or life insurance) experience a plusProficiency in English required, proficiency in one additional language preferredGroup health and/or life background and experience preferredMust be open to 6AM to 3PM working hours
