The Role

Help define/improvise actionable and decision driving management information Ensure streamlining, consistency and standardization of MI within the handled domain Build and Operate flexible processes/reports that meet changing business needs Would be required to prepare the detailed documentation of schemas Any other duties commensurate with position or level of responsibility

The Requirements

3+ years of relevant experiencePrior experience in insurance companies/insurance sector would be an added advantageDevelop Responsive Canvas and Model-Driven Apps to improve business processes and user experienceHands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).Design, develop, and implement Cloud Flows, Business Process Flows, and Desktop Flows to automate repetitive tasks.Integrate Power Automate with various data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, APIs, and third-party services.Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.Transform complex business requirements into insightful visualizations.Connect, import, and clean data from various sources including SQL databases, Excel, and APIs.Optimize automation workflows for performance, error handling, and securityGood to have knowledge on Excel VBAExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to create and design MI for the teamExpected to handle multiple projects, with stringent timelinesGood inter-personal skillsActively influences strategy by creative and unique ideasExposure to documentation activities
