In this role, you will optimize operational processes and provide valuable report insights that support business objectives. Leverage data analysis to identify areas for improvement and apply strategic thinking to effectively implement solutions. Develop and maintain operational reports for performance measurement and exception tracking. Collaborate with other departments across the organization, leveraging institutional knowledge and available data tools.
Responsibilities Serve as data lead and local data steward in assigned areas to coordinate data/analytical efforts in partnership with other organization data SME’s.Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks or areas of enhancement, and propose solutions to streamline operations.Develop, document, and maintain reports to support operational needs and track performance efficiency.Design and implement dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools to effectively visualize operational data.Ensure data integrity through audits and works with third-party vendors to maintain data integrity and accuracy.Support assigned areas in enterprise data governance and integrity initiatives.Support with additional projects within assigned areas to support overall organization goals. Education:Bachlors Degree - Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business or Related - Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years - Data Analytics, Finance or Related - Minimum In Lieu of Education:5 years - Data Analytics and Finance
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $61,700 - $94,750 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
