SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

The Report Developer will be responsible for the following:

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Analyze and resolve issues related to reports and dataAnalyze, design and develop reports and extractsManage vendorsProject managementProvide reporting  maintenance and support reporting tasks related to routine system upgradesProvide technical support and coordination for clinical and operational leadersSupport end user reporting training as needed

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Healthcare or a Technical field required

EPIC certification a plus

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Necessary skills for successful report developers include:

Chronicles – Basic understandingCrystal Reports – MasteryEPIC – Basic (certified) within (6) monthsKBSQL and/or SQL – ProficiencyMicrosoft Access, Excel and Word – ProficiencyMicrosoft PowerPoint and Project – Basic understandingMinimum (3) years experience in a report developer role, preferably in a healthcare environment.Self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Windows - Proficiency

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:

Exposure Class I or II, service specific - various, depending on service - limited exposure to situations which could cause serious illness or injury.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Light work: standing, walking, sitting for prolonged periods of time.  Light lifting regularly, moderate lifting occasionally

Pay Range: $30.00-$40.29 dependent on experience and location
