Summary Safely and accurately operate a front-end loader at our asphalt plant and ensure the plant has a steady supply of aggregate, sand, and other products to produce quality asphalt mixes ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Responsible for adhering to all safety policies and procedures. + Operate front-end loader, load materials into plant feed bins, and load trucks with material. + Communicate with plant foreman and truck drivers to ensure efficiency. + Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on the Asphalt Plant and Equipment. + Additional duties/responsibilities as defined by supervisor.
