Qualifications Education High School Diploma or Equivalent, and Graduate of a two year vocational program in building maintenance Experience Three years’ experience in building maintenance will be in lieu of vocational training. Licensure/Certification Must have and maintain ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance Certification. Must have Pevco pneumatic tube system certification. Current Oklahoma driver’s license and proof of a good driving record from the Oklahoma Department of Motor Vehicle.
