L ClearanceOur Ventura Repair team is looking for candidates to perform depot level inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in support of a missile Command Launch Unit and training devices, and in-depth Circuit Card troubleshooting and repair with and without a Test Station at two locations in Los Angeles, CA.
What You Will Do
Assisting with troubleshooting and repairing various types of cable harnesses, electronic, and electro-optical assemblies. Analyzing equipment failures to determine root cause and recommending corrective action. Reading and working with schematics, engineering drawings, written, and oral work instructions.Assisting with incorporating hardware and software modifications on tactical, training, and test and support equipment resulting from changes in engineering, design and obsolescence.Assisting in the development of new test procedures and test equipment, while providing input effecting design changes to improve process efficiency or reduce cost. Performing effectively in a positive team environment with Technical and Engineering personnel and as an individual contributor.Qualifications You Must Have
Typically Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceExperience with electronics troubleshooting, testing and / or repairExperience with schematics, blueprints or written and / or oral rework instructionsQualifications We Prefer
Experience with electronic assembly, test tools, and/or materialsProficient in the use of standard electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes and DVMExperience with root cause / corrective action and /or failure analysisCurrent DoD clearanceSolder Certified and Cable / Harness Certified or be eligible to receive certification.Ability to perform and communicate effectively in a team environmentPlease consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role.

The hourly rate for this role is $35 to $69. The compensation range provided is a good faith estimate, representative of all experience levels.
