Your role and responsibilities

Follow all Safety, Integrity and Quality processes including verbal guidanceProvide highest level of Customer Service by delivering quality, timely repairs and providing collaborative positive communication with internal stake holdersAchieve and maintain required competencies for scope of product supportedProvide collaborative, positive feedback as a participant weekly repair meetings to support repairs in process, identifying issues and resolving to provide minimal customer impactFollow defined processes (Eval, Repair and Validation) without deviation. If an inconsistency is found, provide feedback to direct manager and support resolutionSupport projects to improve repair center efficiency i.e., Process Changes, BOL, FSL, Master Data, Repair Schedule, etc as defined by managementSupport profitability in repairs Validate warranty requests, ensure costing is accurate for repairs including accurate parts and labor reporting Ensure materials meet highest standards, i.e. if refurbished is an option, ensure pre defined test criteria has been met through appropriate record keeping meansAny additional housekeeping, maintenance, operational or administrative tasks as required or directed by supervisor

Qualifications for the role

High School DiplomaMore than 2 years of mechanical or electrical production or repair experienceCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
