Comprehensive Automotive Knowledge – In-depth understanding of vehicle systems, components, and repair procedures to accurately diagnose and fix mechanical issues.Diagnostic Equipment Expertise – Proficient with modern scan tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic technology to identify vehicle problems efficiently. Technical Documentation Skills – Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical charts to guide repairs and maintenance.Exceptional Customer Service – Strong interpersonal skills to explain repairs clearly, address customer concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.ASE Certification Preferred – While not mandatory, ASE credentials demonstrate proven competency and are highly valued.Effective Communication – Clear verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting work accurately.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
