Job descriptions:

Manage the end-to-end reverse logistics to monitor backlog, delivery plan, turnaround time, yield, and drive improvements. Global reverse network development and optimization.Coordinate with GEO service team and HQ planning team to improve the end-to-end repair efficiency.Repair vendor performance improvement. Improve repair yield, shorten turnaround time, lower return rate.Allocate and balance the repair volume in between repair vendorsRepair vendor capabilities assessment and efficiency improvement.Validate repair billing, manage repair cost, and drive cost reduction.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or relevant.3+ years’ experience in production management or supply chain, PCBA or LCD production industry is preferred.Excellent ability on production coordination as well as cost management.Strong problem-solving and communication skill with clients, repair vendors, and cross-function teams. Proficient in using visual tools (such as power BI) is preferred. Data-driven, self-motivation, working under pressure, accept regular business trip.Strong communication skills (in both Mandarin Chinese and English) – verbal, written and executive presentations.
