How will you make an impact in this role?
The New Accounts Analyst is responsible of validating information, solving a high case volume per day with outstanding service and efficiency. It’s expected to process basic and supplementary Accounts as well as supporting duties. Work based on metrics and daily/monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
· Provide an excellent customer experience
· Show flexibility to work with global teams across multiple time zones
· Be self-motivated, self-taught, dependable, and adaptable with attention to detail to work in a collaborative environment
· The successful candidate must possess interpersonal and leadership skills, be an agent of change, a high level of adaptability in a constant change environment
· Must have solid knowledge on excel, word and power point
· English is a nice to have
Minimum Qualifications
· Strong analytical ability to process new requests (detect fraud indicators, follow New Accounts policies and procedures with no quality errors)
· Must have solid knowledge on excel, word and power point
· Conversational English is a must
Preferred Qualifications
· Customer Service Experience
· Back Office Knowledge
· Call Center Experience
