Rental Demand Manager
The Rental Demand Manager position’s core functions lie within the Rental Program Team, focused on Supply/Demand Planning, Capital Spend Management, and Cross-functional collaboration to enable Agiliti’s field teams. This position leads a team of Rental Inventory Planners, ensuring the team executes monthly supply/demand plans. This position also directly oversees the capital budget to support the Medical Equipment Technology and Beds & Therapeutic Surfaces business unit fleets focused on managing new opportunities in combination with maintaining the existing fleet. The Rental Demand Manager reports directly to the Rental Program Director.
Team Management
Leads team of Rental Inventory Planners and manages fulfillment of rental demandAccountable to Planning team productivity and overall field supportPublishes and reviews monthly team metrics with Senior LeadershipResponsible for professional development of direct reportsSupply/Demand Planning
Ensures cadenced Supply Plans are established and executed by Planning teamEvaluates, recommends, and implements changes to demand forecasting modelLeads the development of business process enhancements related to demand managementPartners with the Implementation team to ensure project rental equipment needs are met on-timeDevelops and maintains a roadmap for enhancements Supply/Demand Planning processCapital Spend Management
Manages Supplemental CapEx for Medical Equipment Technology and Beds & Therapeutic business units, managing new opportunities with maintenance of existing fleet.Responsible for capital equipment purchase approvals up to $50k per transactionSupports and recommends strategy for the development of the rental fleet strategic capital plan on an annual basisAssists Asset Manager with development of divestment plan build-out based on rental product strategyReviews and recommends changes to lifecycle stages of SKUs in conjunction with Asset Manager on an annual and as needed basisCross-functional Leadership
Develops and maintains Rental Operations Sales Enablement in conjunction with Agiliti Business Unit LeadersParticipates in monthly S&OP planning and works with key stakeholders in the sales process to determine inventory needs and incorporates into demand forecastingRecommends Items for High Priority repairs and partners with Asset Manager to execute planSupports the development and enhancement of the rental fleet management systemRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field; applicable experience will be evaluatedMinimum 5 years of supply chain or related experience; minimum 3 years management experienceProject management experiencePreferred experience with medical equipment or devicesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown.
