Requirements:
3 years’ experience in a similar role. Computer literate. Own transport is essential. Bilingual in Afrikaans and English. Matric certificate. Detail orientated and time management skills. Computer literate. Organized and passionate about real estate. Must be able to work under pressure and willing to work after hours if required. Responsibilities:
Managing the rental portfolio. Dealing with the rental agreements. Handling any issues that may arise. Scheduling property showings and dealing with the maintenance of the properties.
