Remuneration Manager
Minimum requirements
Must be / must have been a Remuneration Manager (Not Supervisor) Managing and leading payroll team All candidates will be accessed / tested Tertiary qualification and / or relevant payroll qualification Extensive knowledge / hands on experience of Payroll and Time and Attendance systems (Unique / Payspace payroll experience at parameter level is a MUST) Advanced Payroll tax knowledge and experience Solid  financial and accounting acumen In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws (LRA, BCEA, COIDA, OSHA, POP, INCOME TAX ACT, Wage Determination Act, Bargaining Council Agreements and Payroll best practice Regular monitoring and assessment / audit of payroll systems / rules / calculations and application of legislation Payroll reviews and accuracy of input and payments End-of-month, end-of-year,  end-of-tax year payroll financial, reporting, provisions and reconciliations Compile and manage departmental budget and monitor against actuals Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
