The role forms part of the OM Investments Remuneration Team and reports to the OM Investments Head of Remuneration. The individual plays a role in all aspects of remuneration but specifically the management of processes related to incentive schemes. Projects also arise from time to time which this individual may be responsible for delivering.

Key Result Areas

Supports the delivery of all aspects of the Total Reward process.Assist in the Implementation of all aspects of various deferred incentive schemes. This includes, but is not limited to, administration, maintenance of, regulatory changes, scheme rules and  changes, managing participant communication and requirements and improve efficiencies.Integration of the reward process with the other HR practices. Manage  all aspects of external market data including collation and submission of the OM Investment Group date to survey houses, identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with relevant external parties.Analyses relevant data, formulates views and opinions and makes recommendations taking practice impacts into account.Perform ad-hoc survey input and analysis as required.Consults with HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders on all aspects of reward policies and processes.Conducts job evaluations to ensure consistency and appropriateness of job levels across the business.Meet the OML Group Remuneration team’s requirements which includes analyses of data points and reporting within the required timeframes.Salary Benchmarking

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

Commerce degree/diploma  Relevant remuneration experience within financial servicesAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
