Remote Vehicle Titling Specialist

Currently seeking a Remote Vehicle Title Specialist to join the team at a large credit union.
Job Description
+ Receive, review, collect, monitor, and process all documentation necessary to perfect the Credit Union's security interest (lien) on the title, UCC or other security instrument, in all 50 States.
+ Perform consistent follow up on accounts pending title. Ensure the credit union's lien is recorded accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with Federal and State laws.
+ Utilize the various title management system reports to facilitate follow up, including, but not limited to working the 90 days without Title’s report daily.
+ Thoroughly and accurately document all activity in the title management system.
+ Inform management of any problematic aged accounts pending title or unusual activity.
+ Titling liaison for branches and work collaboratively with other departments.
+ Provide prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous member service.
+ Ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies, and the Credit Union’s procedures applicable to titling processes.
+ Perform title follow-up on loans pending title.
+ Process title servicing requests within established service level agreements.
Skills & Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience working as a Vehicle Title Specialist.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
+ Ability work work remote in a quiet/private workspace with high speed internet.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.77 - $32.68/hr.
