Remote - Media Planner

Headquartered in Santa Monica, a healthcare company that operates a telemedicine platform for discounts on prescriptions, is looking to bring on 2 Media Planner resources onto their Sales and Revenue team. This team is looking to grow and scale in size in response to the increasing workload.
Responsibilities include:
- Create a media plan to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget.
- Assisting the Sales team in digital media campaign planning and putting together strategic recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and ensure accurate campaign details and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accuracy of insertion orders within internal systems tool to reserve advertising space and is responsible for the accuracy of plan details and confirmation of delivery.
- Aid in ensuring all media placements are impactful to our client's target audience.
- Use digital media tools and resources as needed to research and plan client campaigns, including competitive analysis and site traffic and demographic.
