We’re onthe lookout for passionate educators to join our team as Remote Math Tutors forthe existing 2024-2025 school year! If you have a passion for mathematics and aknack for making complex concepts engaging and understandable, we want to hearfrom you! Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students achieve theiracademic goals and build a strong foundation in math.
Location: REMOTE
Subject/Grade Area Needed: Math 3-5, Math6-8 & Algebra 1
Pay: $18/hr.
Start: ASAP
Hours/Programs: 20-30 hrs. a week
Times: 2PM-7PM (EST)
Requirements:
Experience working with children and youth within a school and/or tutoring setting Tutoring experience is preferred Online teaching/tutoring Experience preferred Must have a laptop/desktop Chromebooks/iPads will NOT work with this platformThe Tutor is responsible for assisting students in meetingtheir educational goals and aspirations through positive educational supportand direct tutoring. The Tutors is alsoresponsible for enhancing study skills and facilitating the understanding ofeducational concepts. Sessions shouldfacilitate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in an individual,group, virtual or in person setting.
Minimum Requirements:
