Remarketing Solutions Operations Support Analyst
Overview Curiosity, collaboration, and learning agility are key components for a successful Remarketing Solutions Operations Support Analyst. This role is responsible for providing operational and analytical support for budget and incentive management, all Remarketing functions and key initiatives including distribution center transportation and UVeye inspections. Other responsibilities include providing recurring staffing and facility capacity planning insights, support and creation of operational targets and incentives for Remarketing, budget and operating expense insights, and ensuring timely communication through various channels to all levels of the organization. Remarketing is a fast-moving, fast-changing, fast-paced world that requires learning agility. Responsibilities JOB DUTIES Collaborate with Remarketing operational and administrative management Ensure efficiencies and excellence in daily functions Perform reporting, ad hoc data mining, and analytical functions as needed to support staffing, forecast, and budget / expense requests from all Remarketing departments Review insights and recommendations for operating expense savings Support the development of the budget in conjunction with Customer Experience department leadership Utilize best practices of data analysis and validation to ensure data results are accurate Enhance knowledge of Remarketing staffing trends related to hiring, attrition and tenure as well as operating expenses and portfolio performance expectations/forecasts through recurring and ad hoc reporting and monitoring Conduct data and business analysis utilizing data mining and spreadsheet skills Communicate findings, develop recommendations, and present analyses to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format Represent Remarketing in enterprise projects Perform other duties as assigned Conform with all company policies and procedures Qualifications Knowledge Knowledge of finance, statistics, marketing, accounting and/or consumer credit Proficient with data analysis and reporting Understanding of how to enhance business operations and performance Skills Must possess the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and possess strong time management abilities Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendor personnel, and management Logical processing/programming Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to interact collaboratively with internal customers Effective written and verbal presentation skills Proactive and detail-oriented Ability to work with minimal supervision Capable of managing multiple and varied projects, including ability to coordinate and balance numerous tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, meeting deadlines Demonstrated quantitative skills Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred 0-2 years of experience querying large multi-table datasets and data presentation preferred 0-2 years of experience in consumer loan/lease portfolio servicing or financial analysis preferred Salary The base salary range for this role is: USD $47,800.00 to $88,400.00. At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
