We’re Looking For:

A Remarketing Program Manager who will be responsible for coordinating various operational and sales initiatives within the organization. This role drives improvements across the business and ensures efficient processes. The Program Manager will work closely with leadership to implement strategies that align with business goals and optimize overall operational performance, specifically related to the sale of LaneLink consignments in the OPENLANE marketplace.

You Will:

Evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement for the Hybrid Remarketing Program at LaneLink, with a heavy focus on selling repossessions in the OPENLANE marketplace. 

Collaborate with functional teams to design and implement streamlined processes to expand the offering of repossessions in the OPENLANE marketplace. 

Facilitate communication between departments to ensure proper coordination, resources, and support for program success. 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors or contractors, ensuring they meet performance standards and deliverables.   

Identify opportunities to improve programs and processes by collaborating with customers, business partners, and internal team members and champion the changes needed to implement improvements. 

Contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies to support business growth and objectives. 

Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to senior management. 

Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements based on data analysis and industry trends. 

Identify potential risks related to operations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions. 

Lead change management initiatives related to operational improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or tools. 

Provide training and support to employees on new operational processes or systems. 

Enable and support business development for the Hybrid Remarketing program offered by LaneLink through a variety of activities that include: lead generation, lead nurturing, sales-cycle administration, and any other activities deemed necessary for expansion of Hybrid Remarketing. 

Develop and deploy targeted business development campaigns alongside LaneLink leadership. 

Assist existing operational processes as needed.   

Must Have's:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program management or a related field.

 Proven track record of managing complex operational programs.

 Ability to blend sales acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm to stay flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment. 

Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.  

Nice to Have's:

Experience in Repossession Remarketing.

Experience in valuating vehicles in the wholesale market.

Understanding of how to create, implement, and execute a go-to-market strategy.

Experience in wholesale automotive finance and automotive lending.
