Key Responsibilities:
Manage all relocation project activities on account and/or projects assignedManage directly RPM staff, and delegate responsibilities and oversee work on multiple projects of varying complexityMonitor team performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and qualityStrong knowledge of relocation processes and best practicesDevelop and implement strategies to improve relocation processes and enhance client experienceServe as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with project team and business units to ensure seamless service deliveryDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providersPrepare and present reports on team performance and relocation program outcomesContribute to the development of new relocation policies and service offeringsEnsure playbook & SOPs are in place and updatedProject Management Skills:
Oversee the planning, scheduling and implementation of project scopeProactively manage project-related issues on account or assignmentEnsure JLL best practices and policies are being followedProvide leadership and guidance in the area of service delivery quality and monitor quality resultsParticipate in select planning meetings hosted by the client, JLL teams and other key stakeholdersReview project goals and objectives, making changes where necessary to ensure desired project resultsReview project status and tracking reports, process purchase orders and invoices for due diligence and financialsDemonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective mannerOversee the procurement of all necessary vendors and outside laborEnsure performance of data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy informationDevelop and deliver required project specific reportingOversee the work orders and small project management, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancementsEnsure the coordination with various service providersOversee meetings to review furniture installation schedules with furniture installation vendors and key stakeholdersManage the furniture plan and budget through collaboration with the relocation manager, facility manager, project manager and construction manager as requiredSupervise delivery of product, off-loading and staging of product for deliveryOversee the furniture installation and relocation services of new or reuse furnitureExperience:
Proficient in a CAD/CAFM technology with a move management module and/or facilities management systemStrong Microsoft Excel skillsStrong Microsoft Projects skillsAbility to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of technologiesBackground in project management, construction management, architecture or project strategy planning is desirableOrganizational skills with the ability to identify and manage prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail orientedFlexibility with work hours and travel as neededAbility to multi-task and work both in a team and independentlyStrong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning conceptsHighly organized with strong analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clientsHighly organized with strong analytical skillsAbility to manage all aspects of move management projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, Scheduling and Change ordersPrevious experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring and evaluating direct reports5+ years in relocation project management, MAC, project management, facilities management, or related experience in a Corporate Real Estate Environment2+ years as a Senior Relocation Manager or related experienceRequired on site 3 days per week
