Relocation Coordinator - Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide essential support to relocation clients by setting up and coordinating broker-to-broker referral assignments. Time Management: Exhibit excellent time management skills and consistent follow-through to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Adaptability: Adapt to a fast-paced business environment where priorities can change quickly. Financial Management: Perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy. Maintain and update various accurate financial records, logs, online systems, and other documents.

Qualifications:

Licensing: Texas Real Estate License by TREC preferred. Experience: 2-3 years of real estate experience required. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes:

Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
