Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition** Supervises maintenance activities of lifting equipment and tooling facilities and infrastructure in the plant or manufacturing site. **What you will do** + Collaborates with engineers, partners and suppliers to meet company and business goals in accordance with the sustainable use of facilities and budget demands. + Constructs an efficient facility maintenance team and guides training sessions to ensure quality performance in servicing equipment. + Evaluates the operation's effectiveness with current utilities and equipment; provides appropriate solutions to challenges and risks. + Oversees inspections, repairs and updates of facilities and equipment , as well as relevant operational activities; maintains order at the facility. + Collaborates with engineers, partners and suppliers **Degree Requirement** Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or mechanical engineer (electromechanical , mechanic administrator) **Skill Descriptors** **Budgeting:** + Contract management and administration. **Effectiveness Measurement:** + Management of improvement process and indicators of maintenance effectiveness + Availability, Downtime, MTBF, MTTr, Labor. **Problem Solving:** + Ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to define problems, come up with alternatives, assess which is the best course of action. **Manufacturing Equipment:** + Skill in the correct maintenance of lifting equipment and tools. **Plant Facilities Management:** + Management of equipment renewal, facility expansion, restructuring, reconstruction of equipment and infrastructure. **Quality Management:** + Knowledge in SAP. **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to define problems, come up with alternatives, assess which is the best course of action. **Adaptability** + Capacity to adapt to a changing environment and feel comfortable with the change + Capacity to adapt to changing environment and feel comfortable with the change. + Quick adjustment to new task or team to work with. + Disposition to listen to feedback. **Additional Information:** + The location for this position is Ramos Arizpe, Coah + This position will require travel in 20% + Work schedule: Monday – Saturday (Some special situations) + Intermediate or fluent English + This position is not available for relocation. **Top Candidates will have:** + Master's degree desirable + OSHA management + Contract management skills + Steel casting processes **Final details:** Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including the junk/spam folder, as this is the primary correspondence method.
