Key Responsibilities

Comply with plant’s EHS, Quality and other Policy.

Provide leadership and management of reliability for assets on site. Develop reliability methodologies, procedures, standards, and technical references.

Take lead role in assessing staffing requirements and managing personnel development of reliability resources.

Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plan for site.

Apply appropriate reliability tools to drive improvements, optimize costs, and improve asset efficiency and utilization. (FMEA, Bad Actors etc.)

Ensure appropriate reliability KPIs, metrics and processes are established, obtained, and reported in a timely manner.

Do FMEA for equipments. Establish SOP and PM plan for technical subjects and facilities. Planning preventive and predictive maintenance work due to procedure. Tracking the implement performance. Tracking the implement performance for work order except emergency type. Collect records of PM and PdM and analyses them.

Prepare SOP of equipment for maintenance work and arrange training for technician.

Lead in reliability related incident investigations. Organize investigation for failure of critical equipment’s and do the RCA report. Prioritize action items, and follow-up on their implementation.

Focus on opportunities that over a long-term period or historically has impacted the plant. Measured asset capability and the opportunities identified as “high-risk” in risk assessments.

Develop and maintain a Critical Equipment list. Apply long term cost of ownership and reliability engineering principles to design reliability into purchasing requirements and optimize spare part levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, and suitable chemical machinery or mechanical-electrical integration relevant education and training background.

Minimum of 6 years’ work experience of chemical equipment mechanics. Maintenance supervisor’s experience is preferred.

Strong technical background on maintenance of fixed and rotating mechanical equipment. Experience of management for special equipment.

Good understands reliability engineering principles.

Experience in spare parts is preferred.

Good time management.

Self-motivated, high initiative, hard working.

Good management, communication, and coordination skills. Good team player.

Good English language skills in oral communication, reading and writing.
