JOB SUMMARY
Perform engineering activities to support the safety, reliability, and efficiency of assigned plants. This includes reliability performance data, project management, process / equipment optimization, engineering design, procurement, risk assessment, and reliability best practice.
Essential Functions
This role will provide technical subject matter expertise support for or lead
· Production Project Management <$10M (coordinate scope, schedule, resources, finance, and stakeholders),
· Procurement (technical specifications, vender / service provider management, etc.),
· Process and Equipment design engineering (engineering design disciplines, documents, and specifications)
· Implementation and oversight of change management. (P&IDs, EMOC, etc.),
· Failure analysis and corrective action plans, (RCFA, FTA/C&E, 8D, Pareto, fishbone, affinity, etc.)
· Engineering safety, quality, and reliability risk assessment, (DMAIC, HAZOP, FMEA, RAM, C&E, LOPA, etc.)
· Plant operation and troubleshooting, (24/7 plant ops support)
· Productivity and reliability performance assessments, (Lean 6s, Engineering disciplines, CMMS, P&L statements, ROI, etc.)
· Reliability best practice development and compliance enforcement. (Specifications, Standards, and Policies),
· Accurate, organized, and on-time administrative reporting (reports, schedule, tasks, time, costs, etc.)
